We are a small dairy farm with 6 milk cows. Our milk is delivered to the ‘Milchhof Senni’ in Bruneck and has been awarded the title "excellent milk quality" on several occasions.

We are particularly proud of our potatoes! Because of their excellent taste, they are very popular. Our secret: they are free from any chemical fertilization. As banal as it sounds, we use only tried and tested cow manure to fertilize them.

We also raise calves and oxen and sell our animals exclusively to local butchers in South Tyrol.

Behind the house is our large vegetable garden, with courgettes, lettuce, red cabbage, kale, chard, radishes, fennel, beetroot, broccoli, pumpkins, beans, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers.

Our happy chickens provide fresh eggs daily.

In our herb garden we grow basil, chives, thyme, parsley, celery, lemon balm, laurel, sage, origano, lavender and marjoram.

Not forgetting our different berries: raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, currants and strawberries for our excellent jam or just for eating.
